Are you looking for a flexible part-time role? Our Darlington-based client is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their Head Office Accounts team.
Approx. 25 hours per week (9 AM – 2 PM, Monday to Friday) – some flexibility available
As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
·Posting all group bank payments and transactions from bank statements into Pinewood Pinnacle (Dealer Management System)
·Ensuring accurate reconciliation of bank transactions
·Assisting with maintaining financial records and processing payments
·Supporting the accounts team with other general finance and administrative tasks as required
About You
·Previous experience in an accounts role is preferred
·Knowledge of Pinewood Pinnacle (or similar accounting systems) is an advantage
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
