Role Purpose The Facilities Co-Ordinator will work within the Facilities Management Team who are responsible for overseeing the operations of the company's facilities, ensuring the environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. The successful candidate will play an important role in organising planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and liaising with contractors and vendors to operate, maintain and improve the Toughsheet Community Stadium and Bolton Wanderers FC Training Ground. Main areas of responsibility Facilities Maintenance Co-ordinate routine and preventive maintenance of the stadium, training ground and equipment (HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing etc.). Work with colleagues to support capital expenditure programmes. Monitor and schedule repair work. With colleagues support the management of health and safety. Contractor and Supplier Management Working with the Head of Facilities, source and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers. Order and book supplies and services related to the facility's needs. Monitor contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Health and Safety Compliance With the rest of the Facilities and Safety team, assist in implementing and maintaining safety protocols for employees, including fire drills and first aid training. With colleagues, conduct regular inspections and keep records to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Administration Maintain accurate records of facilities-related expenses, contract, work requests and other incoming data. Work with colleagues from across the business in prioritising facilities related requests. Collaborate with colleagues to manage the work schedule for the in-house maintenance team, and contractors visiting site. Sustainability and Efficiency Assist in implementing energy-saving practices and sustainability initiatives within the workplace. Track utilities and maintenance costs, identifying areas to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency. About The Candidate Essential Requirements Qualifications Facility Management qualification, significant relevant experience, or a professional qualification e.g. electrical, or, mechanical, Degree or equivalent. Experience Previous experience working in a facilities/operations environment. Knowledge, Skills and Qualities Problem solving. Ability to understand technical issues.
