This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations / Compliance / Administration Manager to join the team and be an integral part to the smooth running and success of the team!
THE ROLE:
1. Managing time lines and schedules for various Administrative projects.
2. Administrative tasks including KYC documents, investment and lending transactions, filing internal company documents and producing documents for various stakeholders.
3. Light Office Management duties.
4. Ad-hoc projects when they arise.
THE PERSON:
5. Proactive, friendly and confident working within a small office and team.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and proven Operations / Compliance skills. Financial Services experience necessary.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and working towards deadlines.
8. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
This role is mostly office based, with the option to work from home 1 day a week.
