Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and encouraging repeat business.

Salary: £12.50 per hour
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
* Take bets on various sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
* Achieve set targets and maintain high shop standards.
* Open and close the shop as required, being a key holder.
Working Patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will include a mix of long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. We are committed to providing your rota at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
Qualifications
* Must be 18 or over to work in betting shops.
* Passion for customer service and building relationships.
* Effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
