About the Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and engaging top talent to support our ambitious growth. Working alongside our Talent Partner and Head of Talent, you’ll focus on identifying exceptional candidates, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience. This role is ideal for someone with in-house recruitment or high-volume resourcing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learn our recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and ATS/HRIS systems.
2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth process.
3. Support initial sourcing efforts for operational and business roles and gain familiarity with our candidate engagement approach.
4. Take complete ownership of sourcing candidates for high-priority and operational roles.
5. Provide insightful feedback to the talent team and enhance communication with candidates.
6. Begin refining our talent pooling processes to improve future hiring efficiencies.
7. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
9. Coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process for all.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS.
11. Collaborate with the Talent Partner to implement best practices and improve recruitment workflows.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. 1-2 years in talent acquisition, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and managing diverse candidate pipelines for various roles.
2. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present hiring metrics and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
4. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Proactive and adaptable, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on building strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
