South Staffordshire College is looking to hire a Director of Faculty who can provide inspirational leadership to staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learner experiences across a diverse range of curriculum areas. As Director of Faculty, you will work with the Assistant Principal - Curriculum and Quality to ensure that South Staffordshire College is recognised for excellence in all that it does.
About you…
The post holder will be responsible for growing the curriculum offer across a range of provision to ensure the college offer delivers upon local and national skills needs whilst driving innovation and ensuring high standards of quality assurance and improvement to secure high quality results.
Ideally you will have significant experience of managing and developing curriculum delivery in the post 16 sector, excellent communication skills and knowledge and a discipline in one of the curriculum areas you will be managing (Construction/Electrical/Motor Vehicle or Engineering). You will have a strong track record of implementing and leading innovation and improvement in curriculum areas and demonstrating its impact in terms of tangible results.

You will be entitled to 40 days holiday, plus 8 Bank Holidays, plus an additional 5 shutdown days at Christmas and 2 'ME' days (where you can have a day off work and do whatever makes you happy).
