Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Shropshire – Relocation Support Available
Shift: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights
Salary: £54,000 + Signing Bonus + Performance Bonus + OT
Our client is one of the world's best-known names in food manufacturing. Due to site expansion and year-on-year growth, they are looking to add to their engineering team.
This role offers a £70k package plus additional benefits. This offer of employment is market-leading, outside of London. But you must be able to live and work in Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities – Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
1. To service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe and proper manner.
2. To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
3. Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules.
4. Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve the plant performance including machinery modifications.
Qualifications & Experience – Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
1. ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering.
2. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing.
3. HND or HNC diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
4. Or equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
5. Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, or Chemicals is most welcome.

1. Full £4,000 training for a multi-skilled engineer as applicable.
2. 5% bonus annually.
