As they expand their reach, they are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their vibrant team About The Job: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing inbound sales inquiries and supporting the External Sales team. You'll be the friendly voice our customers turn to, helping them with their needs while building lasting relationships. If you are focused, driven, and ready to tackle the challenges of a busy sales environment, then this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: ?? Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and quotations. ?? Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. ?? Develop and maintain strong relationships with plumbing merchants and key customers. ?? Proactively identify sales opportunities, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. ?? Collaborate closely with the External Sales team to support their accounts and follow up on leads. ?? Monitor and manage back orders, liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. ?? Address and resolve order issues, customer queries, and complaints promptly and professionally. ?? Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and ERP systems. ?? Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, or customer service role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using CRM or ERP systems is desirable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
