Main Responsibilities
Leadership
* Support the recruitment and selection within your team
* Lead, coach, support, mentor and motivate this team driving team development
* Host regular face to face meet ups with the team
* Performance management of your team working closely with the Head of People in holding regular employee reviews
* Work collaboratively with others within your own team and other departments to deliver results.
Growing the TeamFeePay brand and customer base
* Lead on the strategic approach for targeting clubs in your region by adopting a bespoke treatment strategy based on club size and club needs
* Working with Marketing to grow online presence across LinkedIn and other social channels.
* Support marketing to highlight opportunities and regional marketing activities including video content for promoting TeamFeePay
* Getting introductions with clubs, identifying their needs, and setting up a demo and or other meetings as required to show them the system and how we can support them
* Learning our system and features to be able to confidently promote, demo and sell, meeting sales targets and KPI's
* Proactively engage and build relationships with leagues and County FAs in your region showing how we're aligned to the FA accreditation process for clubs.
Reporting
* Responsible for ensuring that you and your team keep CRM updated at every stage of communication with existing and potential customers.

Skills and Experience
* Connections within grassroot football (preferable and not essential)
* Extensive experience in managing a team
* Dealing with performance management
* Experience of achieving regular KPI's and targets
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High levels of resilience and patience
* Process-driven with a strategic mindset
* Able to work within a fast-paced, engaging environment
* Good time-management skills
* IT and computer literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
