The Data & Analytics team within MVHI plays a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business success. We are looking for a passionate Delivery Manager to ensure seamless operations within our agile teams, optimise processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
About the Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee and drive the efficiency of operational functions within the Data & Analytics Team. We are looking for someone that can align ways of working across our D&A teams which have just centralised into a single team.
You will lead multiple agile scrum teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, alignment of operational processes, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, strategic agility, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage agile scrum teams, ensuring effective sprint planning and backlog management.
2. Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Foster an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement within the team.
4. Oversee operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Ensure alignment between operational functions and project deliverables.
6. Identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
7. Drive portfolio management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
8. Develop and maintain documentation, governance, and reporting frameworks.
9. Craft stakeholder communications and proactively manage change initiatives.
10. Support team collaboration through engagement and effective use of tools.
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or equivalent experience (Advanced degree preferred).
2. 5+ years of leadership experience in agile team management, operations, or project/program management.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in scaling agile methodologies.
4. Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
5. Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred.
6. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
