This role involves working on various sites across London, including schools,building sites and commercial properties.Working Hours: 40 hours per weekBasic: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)Other Benefits: Loyalty, recommendation, and referral bonusesWhat you will get from us:Fully equipped van with a fuel cardPermanent contractOpportunities to pick up more hoursAll equipment providedFull issue of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Personal development opportunityIndustry recognised training28 holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidaysCandidates must have:Full Clean UK Driving licenceClean DBS recordsProven track record in the cleaning industryOrganisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and solve problemsMain duties and responsibilities - In this role, you will:To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.Provide professional window cleaning services to residential and commercial customers.Clean windows of various types, including residential and commercial propertiesBe aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report any faults to the supervisor/ management.Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to achieve high-quality resultsMaintain high standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction.Safely access windows at different heights using ladders or other equipmentRemove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to enhance their appearanceOperate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.Work across London and surrounding areas.Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace.
