Deal with incoming post and triage work through the ticket management system. Print and post copy P60s and Overpaid leaver letters and deal with any related queries. Data entry – key court orders, P45s, Starter Checklists. Raise out of cycle payments. Act as a key contact for general payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.
