Job Description: As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in either pharmaceutical packaging or scientific sales to transition into a sales support role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
* Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging in any capacity, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a scientific sales role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
