The Role – Business Development Manager / Health & Wellbeing Specialist
* Selling a range of hot tubs, Swedish saunas, steam rooms and hammams
* A range that includes products for both the residential and commercial sectors
* There is some flexibility on how this role is approached, and my client is happy to adopt the role in line with the successful applicant
* Although my client is keen to start off by taking their consumer range of hot tubs into specialist retailers and garden centres
* Then once this network is established, they expect the role to evolve to promoting their commercial range into the hotel, leisure, fitness and sports clubs sector
* This would be both direct, as well as via tracking projects with architects, interior designers, contractors and high-end house builders
The Successful Applicant - Business Development Manager:
* You must already have field sales experience within the hot tub, sauna / steam room sector
* This could have been gained in the retail market, selling into specialist wellbeing retailers or garden centres
* Or equally you may be coming from the commercial side, with experience of winning projects across the hotel, leisure, fitness and sports clubs sector
* Either way you will have consultative approach to field sales, with excellent presentation and communication skills
