What you will be doing
As a Quality and Compliance Lead you lead on Quality and Compliance within Hospital, providing clear communication, direction, support and active involvement in achieving the standards and quality required.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be providing administrative support across a range of areas including developing systems, delivering and arranging training and embed changes to ensure the sites meet all regulatory, clinical, quality and corporate requirements.
You will co-produce a Quality and Assurance plan and ensure it is kept up to date and reflects the needs of each site. You will also be managing a Quality and Compliance Co-Ordinator.

As a Compliance Lead you will be:
* Managing the Moorland’s compliance to the standards within all contracts ensuring information submissions and recording meets set deadlines and quality.
* Working autonomously to follow up actions, complete projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory requests and regulatory bodies.
* Work in partnership with Elysium Healthcare and other Stakeholders across local health communities to facilitate improvements in clinical quality.
* Providing and leading on assurance that corporate, regional and local policies and procedures are in place and implemented.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Administrative and secretarial skills
* The ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records.
* 4 GCSE at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
* An understanding of medical terminology
* Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
* Previous line management experience is desirable.

Moorlands Neurological Centre is being developed as a neurobehavioural hospital service for men and women over the age of 18 years, who have an acquired brain injury. The service will support and care for people who, because of their injury, have challenging and complex needs that are preventing them from making further progress with their lives and require a neurobehavioural rehabilitation programme.
