Are you an experienced Vet that enjoys mentoring? Looking for a teaching role that still gives you dedicated clinical time?
We are delighted to be recruiting for a brand new and exciting role here at Alver Veterinary Group. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Small Animal Vet and GDP advisor to mentor and coach our team of new and recent graduate vets.
For the mentoring and teaching side of this role, you will focus on the needs of each of our new graduates' learning requirements. You will need to be confident, engaging, motivational, and flexible.
Previous mentoring and coaching skills are desirable; however, we have excellent coaching and mentoring training to help hone your style.
You will still have the opportunity to keep your clinical skills up to date, but would have dedicated protected time off rota to ensure our new graduate vets get the support they need.
