Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a residential service for young people with complex behavioural needs.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
The daily running of the home
Staff management
Budgets
Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
Compliance with all current legislation relating
To be considered for the role you will have:
2 Years management experience within young peoples services
Hold a QCF level 5 in leadership for health & social care services or equivalent qualification as recognised by Social Care Wales to meet the standards
Excellent working knowledge of childrens homes national minimum standards and the Childrens Act 2010
