Are you an experienced SPV Manager ready to make an impact in the infrastructure sector? This is your opportunity to drive value and ensure operational excellence for critical infrastructure projects in the PPP/PFI market.
Responsibilities:
* Manage financial and operational policies to ensure SPV efficiency and compliance.
* Oversee health and safety monitoring regimes and statutory reporting.
* Monitor service quality, minimizing deductions through performance and compliance management.
* Support lifecycle planning and capital works procurement to maximize shareholder returns.
Qualifications:
* A degree in construction/FM disciplines or senior-level experience in PFI projects.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely or higher).
* Expertise in project finance, lifecycle planning, risk management, and contract compliance.
* Experience engaging with senior client representatives, investors, and lenders.
