The Growth Company (GC) Business team is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to promote and generate leads for a suite of established technical products designed to enhance business support services across the UK. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Technical Sales Consultant by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued success of GC Business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential clients who may benefit from GC Business’ suite of technical products and services.
2. Manage and maintain a pipeline of engaged prospects, ensuring a smooth handover to the Technical Sales Consultant for further development.
3. Apply and refine lead-generation strategies to maximise effectiveness and improve outreach success rates.
4. Meet agreed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
5. Use the CRM system to maintain accurate records of activity, including calls, emails, and lead progression.
6. Develop strong, lasting relationships with prospects and qualify them as suitable sales opportunities.
7. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Technical Sales Consultant.

5. Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
6. Experience identifying wider business challenges and proposing support or service solutions.
