We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.\n\nWhat we can offer you;\n\n25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays\n \nAccess to our company pension scheme\n \nFree physiotherapy service \n \nDiscounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers\n \nAccess to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to\n \nOngoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential\n\nWhat you'll be doing;\n\nMaintain project folder, documentation, and project directory\n \nRecord, file, and distribute meeting minutes; manage meeting schedules\n \nEnsure timely document sharing and compliance with document control policies\n \nConduct regular document audits and process reviews for continuous improvement\n \nCreate and manage project process templates (e.g., transmittal registers, inspection sheets)\n \nManage document issue process with subcontractors and external share folder with clients\n \nHandle project reporting, including collation and distribution of site diaries and contractor hours\n \nSubmit and monitor purchase order (PO) requests\n \nManage the distribution and review process of RDDs, RFIs, and RAMS\n \nSort, store, and retrieve electronic documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals\n\nPotential to work on other projects - other sites travel \n\nWhat we're looking for;\n\nEducated to GCSE level or equivalent.\n \nAdvanced level of Google Suite \n \nPrevious experience in an administrative role which involved customer contact.\n \nStrong verbal and written communication skills \n \nExcellent attention to detail and planning ability.
\n \nStrong organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise. \n \nA flexible, 'can do' mindset. \n \nAbility to keep up to date with industry information, future trends and latest technology.
