Finance Assistant | Medway/Hybrid (1 Day home) | £30K We are exclusively working with our client who are looking to add a finance assistant to their business. They are a company that prides themselves on having a fantastic company culture and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them in their relaxed office. The role is very well rounded and our client is looking for the successful candidate to grow with them and to play a key role in the companies growth over the next few years. Key responsibilities include: Be the first point of contact for all financial requirements of the business Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Work closely with other departments to gather financial information Complete sales ledger and purchase ledger for the business Undertake the chasing of all Company debt, including issuing any final and solicitors letters. Liaising with other internal departments to sort out any invoice queries that arise. Input Supplier invoices onto Lightyear & Xero and prepare them for a weekly Supplier payment run General administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls. Candidate profile: Ability to adapt to change with a flexible approach to work Experience working in finance Strong purchase ledger and Sales ledger experience Great communication skills The ability to take ownership of a process
