Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science). Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level, ideally across Key Stages 3 and 4. Ideal Candidate: Passionate about Science and its real-world applications, with a strong commitment to student success. Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability. A strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
