CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER/PA
Due to rapid growth, our client is now seeking a Customer Service Account Manager/PA to assist the Director with the day-to-day running of key accounts & customers.
A very exciting role opportunity to work within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relations: Manage daily customer interactions, including handling technical queries, sales of parts and accessories, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
2. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3. Sales Management: Manage incoming sales enquiries for both new and used machinery, providing a seamless purchasing experience. Whilst the focus will be on the Agricultural customers, there may be a requirement to support the electric/bike business too as and when required.
4. Administration: Management of CSR systems, invoicing, order processing and general administrative duties.
To be considered you must possess the following attributes:
1. Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Power sports, agricultural, 4x4, or plant machinery industries is preferable.
2. Technical Knowledge: Ideally, candidates will have technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background.
3. Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C relationships.
4. Location: Candidates should be based locally to the CV13 area.
5. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
Our client is looking to start someone ASAP; the process will involve one interview via Teams and, if successful, a second interview face to face.
Working hours - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday; opportunities for overtime are available.
