We're Hiring: Counselling Service Administrator (Adult and Young Person Counselling Services)
Hours: 22.5hrs per week over 3 or 4 days
Contract: permanent
Location: High Wycombe/Hybrid (Mon/Tues based in High Wycombe)

We’re looking for a Counselling Service Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our counselling services.

Since July 1990, Buckinghamshire Mind has run a valued Adult counselling service, harnessing the skills and expertise of a team of volunteer counsellors who are either fully qualified or towards the end of their studies.
In November 2023, we increased our provision and currently offer a free counselling service for Young Persons aged 13 – 21 years within Buckinghamshire.
As a key role within the Counselling Team, we’re seeking a friendly and efficient person who will be the first point of contact for people contacting our counselling services via telephone, email, or online referral.
With excellent administrative, communication, and IT skills, you’ll be providing direct support to the Adult and Young Person Teams, which includes processing referrals, booking in assessments, assigning volunteer counsellors, maintaining records, and processing payments using our CRM database.
You’ll provide support to the Counselling Leads to promote the services within Buckinghamshire to increase local awareness of the service through liaison with the community and organizations.
