Job Summary: To be an active, enthusiastic, and valued member of the Marketing team, with a drive to succeed. Within this role, you will use existing experience to plan, develop, implement, and execute successful marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving brand awareness, new customer acquisition, customer retention, and engagement.
You will have an impact across the whole marketing team, with a focus on Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Creation. The role-holder will be creatively minded, with the drive to test, learn, and continually evolve within both email marketing and social media platforms demands. You will be a confident copywriter and communicator – Adobe Photoshop skills are desirable, however not essential.

Job Responsibilities:
* Input into wider marketing strategy with campaign ideas to support projects, seasonal hooks, and content creation.
* Manage, plan, and coordinate social media strategy, supporting Marketing Assistant with implementation and content across all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Work alongside Video Content Producer to maximize YouTube strategy, content, and exposure.
* Work as part of the marketing team to develop new social initiatives to drive KPIs.
* Manage, plan, and implement influencer strategy, making the most of relationships and building them further.
* Support with implementing successful paid social media ads, helping with copy and creative.
* Identify, build, execute, optimize, and measure both email campaigns and email automation flows, including copy, creative, plan, and persona targeting.
* Consider audience segmentation for both email and SMS.
* Monitor and identify ways to maintain and grow open rates, placed orders, and click rates.
* Regular reporting across each social media & email to make recommendations, implementing and testing new strategies to ensure growth on each channel.
* Support with content writing across all forms of marketing activity.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ecommerce.
* Carry out any other duties, which may reasonably be required from time to time.
Qualifications/Experience:
* 2-3 years of Digital Marketing Experience.
* Experience of Facebook Ads Manager.
* Experience of content creation and community management with sound knowledge of leading and emerging social platforms, their user profiles, and contrasts in their content style.
* Experience of email marketing and segmenting audiences is beneficial.
* Marketing Degree/Diploma.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
