Overall Job Scope & Duties and Responsibilities Dedicated HR partner- partnering and coaching Line Managers on ways to engage their employees and lead effectively and support them in implementing people plans for recruitment, training etc Coach stakeholders on the full range of people matters including complex employee relation issues to drive performance and support employee engagement Ensure governance and support on annual employee processes e.g. performance and pay Provide guidance on regional employment laws and processes staying updated on HR trends/best practice and policy changes affecting the regional workforce Partnering stakeholders on organisation design leading regional change initiatives Support M&A activity and integration to accelerate business growth Lead the talent management process for regional client groups, training needs analysis, putting in place development interventions and succession plans Actively support the recruitment process and attraction of talent Initiate a regional review and automation of key people processes to support business growth and improve efficiencies. Lead a review of UK and EU employee terms and conditions and role mapping to inform changes and further development of ‘one BioIVT’ Responsible for regular and adhoc reporting and data analytics to inform and initiate business decisions and improve the employee experience Devise and facilitate employee workshops including devising a programme for Line Managers to support their development and leadership of employee relation issues Responsible for people related administration including but not limited to drafting letters and contracts, maintaining and keeping up to date employee records/files in accordance with legislation. Lead and implement adhoc projects and initiatives (Global and Local) Provide cover for Payroll & Benefits Specialist e.g. holiday cover Work in collaboration and provide support to the HR Business Partner for EE Deputise for HRD within the HRLT team when required 3. Person Specification Strong knowledge and experience in employment law and its application for UK and ideally across different Countries in the EU. Strong change management experience Strong project management experience Experience devising and running training sessions and workshops CIPD Qualified or equivalent qualification Demonstratable commercial acumen Excellent stakeholder management with a proven ability and credibility to develop effective working relationships across geographies, functions and complex businesses. Numerate with strengths in interpreting and presenting data and information in excel, powerpoint etc. Up to date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR through active networking etc Experience across the different disciplines of HR including reward, talent and performance management. Great communication and organisation skills Strong EQ with an ability to listen and empathize with others Passion for coaching and inspiring others to develop their full potential A natural problem solver with a growth mindset Self sufficient and internally driven and motivated TUPE knowledge and experience advantageous Willing to travel regularly to other locations within the UK and EU and out on field sales trips 4.
