HR & Payroll Assistant London, NW2 £28,000 Pension This expanding local Company are currently seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Assistant to join their happy team and provide extra support in their busy HR Department. Some of your duties will include: - Providing all round administrative and clerical support for the personnel and payroll function - Administering the recruitment process, producing job advertisements and posting onto job portals - Liaising with successful candidates to schedule interviews and ensuring necessary paperwork is available - Collating payroll documentation, setting up new starters on system and processing leaver documentation - Processing SSP, SMP, SPP, holiday, sickness, commission payments and statutory deductions - Assisting with the reconciliation of payroll at month end and preparing PAYE returns and payments for the HMRC Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
