Working within a close-knit team, you will be solely responsible for the preparation and coordination of these trackday events.
Main Duties:
1. Liaising directly with customers (who include individuals, groups and corporate clients) both in advance and after each event.
2. Working with circuit operations teams and instructors to ensure events are set up and organised to a high standard.
3. Booking and arranging instructors for events.
4. Ensuring catering and hospitality arrangements are in place prior to events, where relevant.
5. Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently.
6. Answering general enquiries by telephone and email.
7. Selling events to the public both face to face and over the phone.
To be successful in the role you will have:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
3. Strong organisational capabilities.
4. A passion for delivering first-rate experiences.
5. Very good written and spoken English skills.
6. A full UK driving licence.
7. The ability to work under your own initiative, as well as part of the wider MSVT team.
8. Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
9. Previous Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word experience.
In return MSVT offers:
1. Competitive pay.
2. A staff pass allowing access for yourself and a guest to attend race events at all MSV circuits (including BTCC and BSB).
3. Access to our MSV Hub, giving you access to discounts at 100s of shops across the UK, including leading supermarkets.
4. Discounted food and drink when working on site.
5. Access to 24/7 wellbeing services.
6. Training opportunities.
7. A workplace pension.
8. Free parking.
This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours in MSV’s head office, located at Brands Hatch circuit. There will be ad hoc travel to other MSV circuits to both operate, monitor and promote MSVT days, and the role will include occasional evening and weekend working. Due to the travelling element of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
