* Develop the distinct brand identity and personality and define and execute the appropriate visual and tonal style across all platforms and channels: web/digital, on-site, print, and social media.
Driving Sales
* Collaborate with the team to create campaigns, promotions and events
* Use data and insights to drive sales
* Develop innovative ways to attract and retain customers, including partnerships and collaborations.
Digital & Content
* Oversee all digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content, ensuring they are fresh, engaging, and effective.
* Utilise paid advertising, SEO, and analytics to maximise ROI.
* Share our story in a way that resonates
Leading the Team
* Build and manage a talented marketing team, helping them thrive and deliver outstanding work.
* Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure campaigns stand out.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience operating at CMO level while managing teams, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-facing sector such as hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
* A hands-on approach, willing to dive into the detail to drive operational success.
This role can be part-time or fractional; they are open to different working patterns.
