JMV Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT problems, setting up workstations, managing user accounts, and supporting software installations and network connectivity. You'll work closely with a dynamic team to ensure seamless IT operations for clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in person.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Configure and install software, updates, and peripherals.
4. Assist in the setup and maintenance of network systems.
5. Maintain accurate records and manage support tickets in a timely manner.
6. Educate clients on basic troubleshooting steps and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in IT support or related field.
2. Familiarity with Windows and Office 365 environments.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with remote desktop tools and support ticketing systems.
2. Understanding of network protocols and configurations.
