Our client is an ambitious, fast growing company focussed on healthier snacks. There is now a rare opportunity to join the marketing team as Brand Manager, where you will have brand management, marcomms and brand activation responsibility for one entire brand. As Brand Manager, you will also have specific areas of responsibility as outlined below:-
* Closely monitor brand performance. Set clear KPIs and objectives.
* Create annual brand plans and input into long term marketing strategy.
* Lead NPD/EPD.
* Lead packaging development.
* Create and maintain relationships with agencies and media partners.
* Identify and unlock shopper marketing opportunities to drive brand performance instore.
* Work closely and support Sales colleagues across the grocery channel.
Experience required for the role:-
* Proven FMCG brand marketing experience to Brand Manager level.
* Firm knowledge of UK grocery channel.
* Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
* Ability to excite/influence others with enthusiasm.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Solid commercial and data analysis skills.
* Experience delivering EPD/NPD and packaging.
