The role will be working within the classroom under the direction of the teacher supporting lower ability students and those with Special Educational Needs. The role is to start ASAP and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 10 weeks. About the school: - 1 form entry primary school - Warm, welcoming community school - Supportive and well organised leadership team Essential requirements for the role: - Previous experience working within a school or similar setting for at least 3 months in the last 2 years - KS1 & KS2 curriculum knowledge - Understanding of Special Educational Needs - The ability to build rapport with young learners - The ability to work under the direction of the class teacher as well as using own initiative - Experience with Phonics is advantageous.
