We’re looking for an organised, approachable, and proactive Creative Resource Manager to join our team – and this is your chance to shape it from the ground up! You’ll be the glue that holds our creative and design studio together, keeping projects running smoothly, matching the right talent to the right briefs, and ensuring deadlines are smashed (not just met!).

Resource Management:
* Allocate creative resources efficiently, ensuring the right talent is on the right projects at the right time.
* Monitor workloads, spot bottlenecks early, and balance active and upcoming projects.
Collaborative Stakeholder Management:
* Partner with team leads and marketing managers to align resourcing with creative needs.
* Act as the go-to for resource requests, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient project delivery.
Scheduling & Planning:
* Maintain resource planning tools, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
* Define resource needs, set clear deadlines, and help prioritise workloads without compromising quality.
Team Development & Project Support:
* Identify opportunities for upskilling and professional growth within the studio.
* Support freelance recruitment, onboarding, and integration.
* Foster a positive studio culture and assist with admin tasks as needed.
Process Optimisation & Performance:
* Continuously improve briefing, resourcing, and delivery processes for maximum efficiency.
* Review resource allocation, track project costs, and demonstrate the studio’s impact on brand and business goals.
What you’ll need:
* Industry experience – background in a creative agency or in-house studio within resource, project, or creative operations management.
* Deadline-driven – thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
* Tech-savvy – experienced in using and implementing resource and project management tools.
* Proactive & adaptable – self-motivated, eager to learn, and quick to pick up new ways of working.
* Meticulous & reliable – highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, setting high standards for yourself and others.
* Team player – supportive, collaborative, and happy to share knowledge.
* Strong communicator – confident in presenting, influencing, and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Problem-solver – analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate bottlenecks and resource gaps.
The extra details:
Role type: Permanent
Location: London hub (1-2 days per week) & your home space
Salary: £45,000 - £52,500 plus bonus
