Main duties of this role are: Able to effectively check and record heating temperatures. Heating up food for service. Responsible for storing cooked food in hold at the right temperature Ensuring the hot food is delivered in a timely manner to the correct kiosk. and Maintaining a cleaning, hygienic workstation all at all times. Ensuring the stand is left is a professional, clean and hygienic state at the end of your shift. Escalate any issues in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, we would like you to have previous food production or kitchen experience but full training is given. If you have completed and adhere to Allergen training and / or hold a Food Safety certificate level 2, this would be an advantage.
