Job summary
We currently have vacancies within our Central (Church Road Office) and our South (Oasis House) Mental Health and Wellness Teams.
We have had new investment in mental health worker posts, peer support workers posts, and support time recovery workers to support the integrated team to work as one around the patient, their families, and their social networks. Our vision is for this new investment to help start a new era in our mental healthcare provision at NELFT, making us among the most holistic, relational, and person-centred services in the country.
Main duties of the job
Come and be part of one of our newly planned, integrated mental health & wellness teams in Havering. These new teams combine assessment and early intervention and recovery services, removing the need for a two-tier service and no more hand-off of patients from one service to another. You will be supporting the transition of services at a clinical specialist level, underpinned by compassionate leadership.
In alignment with the Community Mental Health Framework for Adults, we intend for our teams to be trauma-informed and person-centred, putting relationships back into the heart of care.
