Bede's is currently looking for dedicated & passionate individuals to join our Nursery team as a Nursery Key Worker, located next to our Prep School in Eastbourne.
Reporting to our Room Leaders, we are looking for someone to provide an outstanding educational and pastoral experience to allow pupils to flourish within Bede’s Nursery. You will deliver activities and provide pastoral care of the highest quality, maximising pupils’ learning and wellbeing. You will also deliver planned sessions that are enjoyable and ensure that the EYFS Curriculum is delivered effectively.
We are seeking someone who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, children, and parents, both verbally and in writing. You will have an understanding of the need for confidentiality and have knowledge of the importance of Safeguarding.
An EYFS Level 3 Qualification or above is essential for this position.
This position is permanent, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, 4 days a week, 8:00 - 18:00.
Salary: £24,289.31 per annum.
