This role not only focuses on client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth but also includes leading strategic initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation in client management practices. The Senior Account Growth Manager is expected to operate at a strategic level while maintaining a hands-on approach to client engagement. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic and high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional client relationships. Conduct regular cadence with customers to ensure proximity and uncover growth opportunities. Build and maintain senior level relationships with clients, understanding their long-term business objectives, industry challenges, and strategic priorities. Lead by example in upselling and cross-selling activities, setting best practices for other team members. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth; own the full sales process from prospecting to closure. Qualifications and Experience 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role in SaaS, with a proven track record of managing high-value or strategic accounts Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships at an senior level and consistently exceed revenue targets Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on consultative selling and value-based solutions Proficiency with CRM systems and account management tools, with experience mentoring or training team members on best practices Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, influence internal stakeholders, and contribute to business-wide growth strategies.
