Customer Services Officer needed in Nottingham, Beeston, £11.44ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1383215
The main duties include operating the Council switchboard. This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.
This is a full-time post offered on the following hours:
1. Monday: 08:30 to 17:00
2. Tuesday: 08:30 to 17:00
3. Wednesday: 08:30 to 17:00
4. Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00
5. Friday: 08:30 to 16:30
As a Customer Services Officer, you’ll be talking to lots of different people who call up, sorting out any questions they have, and transferring them to the correct department they wish to access.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
