As RABI considers the next strategic period to 2030, the charity’s aspiration to deliver holistic, flexible services that promote
early intervention and increased farmer wellbeing continues to underpin a period of rapid evolution at the charity.
Within this evolution is the introduction of an organisational wide new CRM platform. The charity is currently in the midst of
introducing MS Dynamics to support fundraising, volunteer management, business development and service delivery for our
beneficiaries.
The introduction of this new platform provides opportunities for RABI to improve our organisational processes and embed new ways
of working & good practice into the organisation. The role is integral to help facilitate cross-team discussions to identify and
agree new ways of working and process improvement and pivotal in designing, developing, documenting and embedding good practice
across the organisation. The role holder will help ensure that the new CRM system effectively supports RABI’s mission and vision
while improving donor engagement, volunteer coordination, and overall service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process Design & Development:
* Lead the design and development of business processes, ensuring alignment with the charity’s goals and objectives.
* Lead the mapping of supporter, beneficiary and partner journeys and how they interact with teams, CRM, the website and third
parties across RABI.
* Develop and document processes, including workflows, data management practices, and user roles.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
* Collaborate with various teams (e.g., fundraising, communications, volunteer management and service delivery) to facilitate
detailed cross-functional process requirements.
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure stakeholder needs are fully understood and addressed in support of new
supporter, beneficiary and partner journeys and CRM.
* Establish clear communication channels between technical teams and end-users to ensure the CRM processes meet the charity’s
needs.
* Documentation & Training:
* Create comprehensive documentation for the newly established business processes, including process maps, user guides, and
standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to users as they adapt to the new system and processes.
* Continuous Improvement & Governance:
* Establish a governance framework to monitor the effectiveness of business processes and ensure they are adhered to across the
organisation.
* Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and refine processes as needed.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record in designing and implementing CRM processes, ideally within
a charity or non-profit environment.
* Deep understanding of CRM systems, including how they can be leveraged to improve organisational performance.
* Familiarity with the voluntary / charity sector, including developing and improving work on supporter journeys and
communication.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective processes and system requirements.
* Experience in process mapping, documentation, and developing training materials.
Desirable:
* Experience of process and system improvement within organisations providing mental health services and support.
* Knowledge and experience of using and implementing MS Dynamics 365.
