You will have a pivotal role in our Property Services team to help drive forward continual business improvement to enhance the service we provide to our customers. You will provide administrative and analytical support in the delivery of professional services. You will also take the lead in creating and managing documentation storage solutions and the management of our existing systems. Working alongside our internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that licence documentation and all invoices are processed in a timeously manner.
About the role (External)
Here are some of the duties your role will include: -
· Process reporting requirements on a periodic basis.
· Develop, collate, analyse and manipulate data, records and other information in a range of professional presentation styles to provide a reporting service to the [DEL: Development management :DEL] Property ServicesTeam and key internal and external stakeholder partners.
· Develop, upkeep and review publications for data, records, plans etc as required for use in project reports and in support of the Property Services team.
· Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations to Senior members of the team
· Manage project pipeline, key performance indicators and milestone reporting, business planning and regular project reviews
· Provide support in the delivery of the Land, Accommodation and Sales Strategies
· Process all purchase requisitions and Horizon input
· Implement process change to enhance customer service including the co-ordination of project plans / timescales and liaison with project team, to ensure that property solutions are agreed in line with the project plan requirements.
· Support all Property teams with strategic initiatives to enhance their performance
· Ability to maintain project plans.
· Familiar with financial and commercial support processes.
· Ability to communicate accurately in writing.
· Experience of using Microsoft Office and in particular Excel applications and utilising these to deliver reports and management information in a high quality/professional style.
Its desirable if you have it to help give you context to the role: -
· Relevant clerical or business management qualification.
· Experience and understanding of large scale projects and property issues.
