Job Description
Our foundation client is a well-funded nation housebuilder with multiple outlets across Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. With a healthy pipeline of new projects due to start into next year, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day running of ongoing projects.
Working closely with the award-winning Project Manager, you will bring:
1. Previous housing experience
2. The ability to lead with autonomy
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Oversee site safety and compliance with regulations.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Report progress to senior management.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience as a Site Manager in the housing sector.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
