We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Coordination:
o Schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
o Assist with the preparation of interview materials and manage candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
2. Communication Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
o Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline the hiring workflow.
3. Recruitment Logistics:
o Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
o Track and report on the status of open positions, applications, and hiring metrics.
o Ensure that applicant tracking systems (ATS) are up to date with candidate details and statuses.
4. Process Improvement:
o Assist in refining recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
o Collaborate with the team to identify and implement new tools and techniques to streamline hiring processes.
5. Administrative Support:
o Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
o Conduct background checks and reference verifications as needed.
6. Employer Branding:
o Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
o Represent the company as a positive and professional ambassador during all candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience:
o 1+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, business administration or a related role.
o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment tools.
3. Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in HR Administrative work, interviewing, or high-volume or technical recruitment.
* Knowledge of best practices in recruitment.
