An exciting opportunity has arisen in our legal department for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work as an adult care lawyer within our busy yet friendly team of lawyers and legal assistants.
On a day-to-day basis you will be advising Adult Care including on matters relating to safeguarding, mental capacity, mental health, community care and inquests. Your workload will be varied but will include case management of Court of Protection cases and you will be expected to undertake some advocacy as part of this role.

Our Legal Team is contractually based in Matlock, Derbyshire, but we work on a flexible basis which includes options for home working. There'll be an opportunity to discuss future working arrangements at interview.
