The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist Service South Sector and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Team GG&C for an Operational Lead within the Pulmonary Rehabilitation arm of the service. This post will be instrumental to ensure the efficient daily operational management of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service across GG&C and will work collaboratively with the Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist Service to ensure continued development and expansion of the service. The post-holder will lead and develop on specific priority areas of clinical quality improvement and will support the delivery of the highest quality evidenced based clinical care.

4. and experienced Band 6 or 7 Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist or Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist to complement and support our existing multi-disciplinary team.
You should have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience preferably within a Respiratory CNS role or Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapy role and have or be working towards advanced practice at Masters Level. You should have experience of operational leadership, experience of staff management and have evidence of success in leading on clinical quality improvement projects.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.
