As the face of our office, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring everything runs seamlessly, from greeting visitors with a warm welcome to keeping our spaces organised and professional. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, support the wider team, and even showcase your creativity with office events and wellbeing initiatives through our 'Belong' program. What You’ll Be Doing
Office Organiser: Maintain the upkeep and presentation of the reception, office, meeting rooms, and kitchen, ensuring everything is well-stocked and welcoming.
First Impressions Matter: Greet all visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner while handling reception calls promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of admin tasks, including processing expenses, managing invoices, sorting post and deliveries, and handling email requests.
Meeting Room Manager: Maintain the Outlook meeting room calendar, prioritising allocations and ensuring smooth scheduling.
Supplier Coordinator: Manage office and kitchen supply orders, organise monthly prize orders, and coordinate office lunches and breakfasts.
Internal Communications: Update Manchester office slides for internal screens and contribute to the monthly round-up presentation for Regional Directors.
Logistics Support: Manage pool car allocations and oversee courier and postal services.
What We’re Looking For
Proactive Problem-Solver: You take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
People Person: With at least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role, you’re professional and approachable when dealing with visitors, employees, and external contacts.
Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Organised & Reliable: Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
