Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Create high-quality content (written, visual, etc.) to market our digital healthcare products across a range of social media platforms. Support regional marketing teams in Canada and APAC with strategic guidance and execution. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments like sales, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience. Drive brand awareness and contribute to creating a pipeline for revenue growth. Manage marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline marketing processes and personalize communications. Stay up to date with the latest healthcare regulations and compliance requirements for digital marketing. Who are we looking for? You should have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements for marketing similar medical products or services. Knowledge of digital health trends and how they impact marketing strategies within the UK. Ability to create content that is informative, engaging, and trustworthy for patients and healthcare professionals. Experience within the NHS is required. Working Arrangements There is up to 30% travel expected, mostly regionally, but occasionally international travel will be required. Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely. May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays. On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
