Are you an experienced secured loan processor? Do you want to use next-gen tech to help process quicker & more efficiently? As one of our mortgage case managers, you’ll play an important role helping to package the right product for our endless stream of customers. Overview of key responsibilities: To fully verify each case at ‘Pack In’ stage so that Lender Requirements for the recommended product are met. To produce an exhaustive list of Case Requirements for the client’s adviser to issue to the client. Ensure each Case Requirement is understood by the client’s adviser. Own all client correspondence from ‘Pack In’ stage and process any documentation received. Diligently maintain and organise your own client case list and daily workflow. Deliver a consistent level of conversion from ‘Pack In’ to ‘Funded’. Work closely with Advisers so they are fully aware of the status of each case. Ensure that submitted cases contain all potential Lender Requirements and are worked within the appropriate Lender service level agreements. Sound good? To be a good fit for this role, you’ll: Previous experience in the second charge mortgage industry, preferably in either case management (packaging/processing), or administration.
