The Role Working 37.5 hours per week plus sleep-ins, the Children’s Support Worker will play an active and essential part in delivering completely therapeutic-focused care and planning. This includes supporting daily routines, participating in enriching activities, and ensuring each child’s voice is heard and valued. The salary ranges from £24,000–£25,000 per annum, rising to up to £27,700 with sleep-ins, and is accompanied by a generous benefits package.
