Join our Regional Civils Team as a Site Agent on our new Manadon Project in Plymouth where you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you. As a Civils Site Agent, you will provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen. What you'll be doing As a Site Agent, you will: Oversee Sub Agents, Engineers and Foreman Set targets and KPI’s in line with Project objectives and monitors performance Ensure site audits are undertaken and take appropriate action on the findings Appraise improvement options and lead/instigate actions as appropriate Implement systems and processes to manage the quality of the constructive works Manage sub-contractors performance based on KPI’s Ensure production of operational target programmes to reflect overall construction programme. Who we're looking for You will have the following: Previous experience of working in a Site Agent role Experience of working on a Civil Engineering/Highways Project Experience of managing a team and sub contractors Good stakeholder management Knowledge of NEC forms of contract CSCS/SSSTS OR SMSTS ticket First Aid.
