Business Development Manager - Private Jets
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager in the Aviation Industry to join an established Aircraft Charter company that specializes in the UHNW market, offering light jets, VIP airliners, and helicopters.
This exciting new position is part of a newly formed UK Sales team and offers the potential for career progression, with the opportunity to move into a Head of Sales role for top-performing candidates.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with potential UHNW clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and offering tailored solutions.
2. Provide expert advice on aircraft types, routing, and logistics.
3. Develop your client portfolio by proactively making outbound sales calls to prospective new UHNW clients.
4. Ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded by being available 24/7 to handle inquiries and accommodate last-minute changes or requests.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
1. Previous experience selling to UHNW clients.
2. A background in private jet charter brokering or a related field.
3. In-depth knowledge of the private aviation industry, including aircraft types and regulations.
4. Exceptional communication skills with experience in building rapport with luxury clientele.
5. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
6. A proactive, productive nature and a strong sales-driven mindset.
Business Development Manager Additional Information:
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 base salary, with excellent commission at 12.5% on bookings.
Fully remote position with travel to the office in London once a month.
